Fletcher Industries Office & Manufacturing Facility

Located in Southpointe Business Park, this project consisted of a one-story pre-engineered office and manufacturing building. The facility was specifically designed to accommodate contract control panel manufacturing business. The building envelope consists of insulated metal panel roof and walls over a pre-engineered frame system with brick veneer cladding.

Bear IC was the General Contractor on the project and also self-performed the earthwork, select carpentry, and finishes packages.
