TechnipFMC Facility Renovation

This project encompassed a complete floor-to-ceiling renovation of the oil and gas company’s existing facility including an updated front office, conference rooms, maintenance bays for high pressure sensitive equipment, and employee facilities (break rooms, locker rooms, etc.).

The scope of work for the renovation of the existing building required:

• All new finishes including the Envision Glass Wall system
• Complete demolition of the exterior facade and replacement with upgraded storefront window and metal paneling systems
• Retrofitting of critical structural steel to support new design loads
• Relocation/replacement of utility systems (MEP)
• New lighting systems
• Remediation of water/mold damage
